Jahari’s F.L.Y. Institute Foundation was founded from a deeply personal belief that every girl and woman deserves the opportunity to know her worth before the world tries to define it for her. Inspired by the wisdom, strength, and guidance of the women who mentored Jahari—especially her grandmother and early educators who modeled self-love, entrepreneurship, and leadership—the foundation was created to pass that legacy forward. Our mission is to empower girls and women to discover their identity, build confidence, and develop leadership skills rooted in self-worth. Through mentorship, education, and intentional empowerment experiences, we provide safe spaces where growth, voice, and vision are nurtured.
